Commercial application and use
Resorts, golf courses, HOAs, corporate centers and city parks can take advantage of Solid Rain’s water wise solutions to keep greenscape maintenance low, especially during warm summer months. Please contact us for a quote.
Nursery growers
- Quantity: Mix 2 lbs per cubic yard of soil.
- Application instructions: Water regularly initially for the first three waterings. After the third watering, reduce watering frequency by half.
Golf courses / Resorts / Business Centers
- Quantity: 2 lbs per cubic yard or the equivalent rate per acre with 310 lbs of Solid Rain® per acre. This will vary depending on spread rate.
- Season: During spring or fall when aerating.
- Application instructions:
- Apply when aerating and blend Solid Rain® into sand or mulch mix.
- Water regularly for the first three times and for the fourth watering, wait double the timeframe from the previous scheduled watering; eg. 2x/day goes to 1x/day, etc.
- After 2-3 extended water cycles you can assess and increase the timeframe between waterings if the lawn looks healthy.
